registration or special subscriptions. Works from any UK phone. Simply pay via your regular (BT) bill. All stated prices are in pence per minute
and VAT included. Before each call, you will hear a message the current rate of the call (Message free of charge).

Attention:
- Callers must obtain the bill payers permission before calling.
- Your mobile phone provider may charge additional costs for calls to access numbers. Ask your mobile network operator for the exact costs.
- Charging will start directly after the spoken tariff information, you will also be charged if the number you wish to call isn't answered or is engaged.
- So please hang up if you notice the other side will not answer to avoid unnecessary costs
- Network extras may apply
The DialWise access numbers are accessible from any UK phone. To make a call via our network, first dial the access number of the country you wish to call. As soon as you are connected, you can dial the (international) number just like you are used to (remember to use 00 for international calls).
For Instance a call to Germany (Düsseldorf):
First dial 0844 200 10 10 - wait for connection - 0049 211 1234567
Costs for the call are settled via your normal (BT) invoice, you will receive no additional bills from DialWise: All international costs are covered in the 08/09-rate.
